Once a requestor nominates you as their selected Coach/Mentor for their Coaching/Mentoring programme, you will be able to view their request.

You can search across all requests that are associated with you, or requests that you have made, which includes requests in the following states:

Someone has selected you for their current development request, and it has not yet been approved/declined.

You have accepted the development request, but the programme has not yet been created.

You have accepted the Requestor’s development request and a coaching/mentoring programme has been set up based on the the request details.

Once the Programme has been closed and archived, the corresponding development request associated with the programme is archived.
