On this page, you can confirm a user's application to become a Coach or Mentor.
This will allow them to be found and be selected as a Coach or Mentor on the sytstem and update their profile
information.
Users will then be able to submit match requests to this
Coach/Mentor, once it has gone through the appropriate approval
process.
