An Administrator or Champion can add a user to Mye-Coach. Any user added
via this method will be automatically approved and a welcome email will
be sent to them.
You can select the user type by checking the relevant boxes, to make the new users a Coach, Mentor or Admin for example. Leaving all the boxed unticked means the new user will be a coachee or mentee.
Please note: Champions are only able to add users to their own organisations.
If this needs to be changed, it can only be done so by an
administrator.
When adding new users, all information marked
with an asterisk is mandatory. If the new member is a Coach or Mentor,
additional profile fields will be made available and are compulsory.
When
a new user is added, their visibility settings are set to 'Visible to
all users from all organisations' and 'Users can message me' by
default - this can be changed in the privacy settings.
